The Company seeks to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the positions of SALES ASSOCIATES.

The positions are tenable at our various locations in Blantyre.

SALES ASSOCIATE 8 Positions

MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES

  • MSCE completion certificate.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer literacy.
  • Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
  • Be located in the Manja, Zingwangwa, Calvary area or the Mbayani, Kabula and Che Mussa area.
