CK Cold Storage is one of the subsidiaries of Creck Hardware which is a fast-growing private Company in Malawi. It is therefore looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position.

POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS (2)

LOCATION: BLANTYRE

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for identification of prospect customers
• Responsible for carrying out customer needs analysis, as well as maintenance of a customer database.
• Driving price implementation and participate in negotiations of prices with customers.
• Ensuring sales targets are met
• Providing the highest degree of service to the current customer base, actively listening for new opportunities with each customer.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that the customer needs are met, and escalating with superiors to resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop marketing strategies and perform analysis on strategy effectiveness
• Managing campaigns on social media adverts
• Correct and analyze market research data on monthly basis, and report to Management.
• Maintain an accurate record of all records, scheduled customer’s appointments and customer complaints
• Collaborate with the other department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
• Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features , benefits, shortfalls and market
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Management/ Marketing or related field from a recognized institution of higher learning, with at-least two years work experience.
