We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project team, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

– Degree in Civil, structural engineering, construction management, business administration

– 15 years

– Experienced in the construction of commercial/ residential buildings, schools etc. Working experience in rural Malawi/Africa will be an added advantage

– Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

– Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team

– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

– Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis

– Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

– Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations

– Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project integration

– Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for project management

– Mentor and coach project team members, and provide feedback to ensure their professional development

– Prepare project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
