CK Cold Storage is looking for the services of competent individuals to fill the following positions based at Makata in Blantyre.

Till Operators (2)

Responsibilities: 

• Delivering outstanding customer service to all customers by listening and responding to customer queries in a confident and professional manner
• Reporting customer complaints to Managers
• Ensuring that trolleys and carrier bags are clean and placed in the right places
• Creating customer awareness about the latest offers and promotions
• Tracking transactions on balance sheets and reporting any issues
• Cross-selling products and introducing new similar products in the store
• Handling merchandise returns and exchanges
• Prepare bills and take payments.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education coupled with 3 years’ work experience as a till operator and Computer literate.
