HEART TRAVEL AND ADVENTURES (HTA)

HTA is a tour operating company that mainly provides tour services in the planning and management of group tours, customized tours and teambuilding services. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to sell our tour services, teambuilding packages, and related products to potential clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to sell effectively under direct marketing.

Job Duties

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new leads and grow the company’s customer base
• Prospect, identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies to reach potential clients and build brand awareness.
• Use ICT skills to keep track of sales progress and maintain an accurate customer database.
• Produce photography, video, and poster design content to promote the company’s services and packages.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
• Knowledge of photography, video shooting, and editing, as well as poster design, is required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
