MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to: The Chief Executive Officer

Grade: C

Duty Station: Blantyre

Overall Aim

Responsible for driving the Institute’s growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies.

Specific objectives

• Provide high level strategic planning and operational report.
• Developing and executing an organizational business plan to ensure the successful delivery of the company strategy in line with timescales and budget.
• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Communicating new product development to prospective members and students.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Carrying out research, writing articles on accountancy profession and related topics.
• Drafting corporate reports and speeches for events.
• Managing the relationship between CAM and its various stakeholders members.
• students, partners, advertisers and international associations. Keeping an eye on customer and partner developments.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction with service delivery.
• Implementing and monitoring strategies to ensure the reputation of CAM is protected.
• Managing ICAM website and other digital platforms

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, or in Communication or in any related field. Chartered Marketers or those studying with Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will have an added advantage.
