MANAGER, e-BANKING

Job Purpose

To oversee electronic banking activities on all digital channels in line with Digital Banking Strategy.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among other responsibilities:

• Identifies, recommends and co-ordinates new digital products and services.
• Identifies and recommends business opportunities to drive growth in the digital space.
• Identifies and resolves barriers to business development that emanate from sales and service
  delivery.
• Reviews and provides solutions for e-banking products in line with annual roadmap initiatives
  for each Product Line.
• Develops sales models per product for the whole Digital section in line with budget allocation.
• Grows and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders both internal and external
• Aligns digital products and services to Bank’s internal policies and procedures, including
  adherence of products/services to Laws and regulations of the country.
• Builds and sustains strong brand image and reputation for Bank’s digital products and services.
• Prepares and submits reports around status and targets for bank’s digital products and services.

Skills and Competencies

• Clear verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of digital banking services and products
• Innovative and creative thinking plus strong organisation skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognised institution
• Minimum of 4 years experience in managing digital banking products and services.
