Angle Dimension Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies, as well as experience in software development projects. This role will be responsible for working closely with our clients to identify and articulate business needs, and for translating those needs into technical requirements for our software development team.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify and document business requirements, including current state analysis, gap analysis, and future state design.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for our software development team using agile methodologies such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decision making and create project documentation.
• Work with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes and create documentation for test cases and scenarios.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and document them in a risk and issue log.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field, with experience in agile methodologies and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, particularly those used in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle.
