DR OF PHILOSOPHY/PROFESSOR AND ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

A) Strategic management (Postgraduate)

Duties and responsibilities

• Teaching post graduate level in areas as allocated by the head of department.
• Carrying out research and produce publications or other research inputs.
• Supervise or assist in research supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate dissertation.
• Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of high-quality curriculum.
• Participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department. Craft exams, participate in vetting and administer the making of exams and other assessments.
• Develop learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to help monitor students’ progress, achievement and attendance.

Qualification and experience  
Applicants must have 3-5 years of teaching at postgraduate level backed up by a Doctorate degree in Strategic Management.
