MedHealth Limited, a growing medical aid company which was established to provide essential and affordable health care to more people in Malawi, is looking for individuals to fill up the following position immediately.

Job   Title : Claims Assessor

Reporting   to : Claims Manager

Location : Lilongwe and  Blantyre 

Job   Function

Support operations to facilitate accurate, timely day-to-day processing/adjudication of claims in accordance with policies and procedures and recommended protocols.

Desired attributes and Academic qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery or Certificate / Diploma in Clinical Medicine
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Basic understanding of claims processes and procedures
• Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook and computerized software
• Good organizational skills used in planning own work.
• Dexterity with figures, attention to detail
• Self-motivated, good communicator, enthusiastic, meticulous and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work odd hours.
