HTA is a tour operating company that mainly provides tour services in the planning and management of group tours and customized tours. We aim to establish teambuilding services to satisfy the needs of our valued clients. Therefore, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Team-Building Facilitator.

Job Summary:

The team-building facilitator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading team-building activities for a variety of groups and organizations. The facilitator must be able to create and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere, establish clear goals and objectives, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Job Duties

• Develop and implement team-building programs that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of the group/organization.
• Facilitate team-building activities, including icebreakers, problem-solving challenges, and experiential learning exercises.
• Communicate effectively with team members to build trust and establish rapport.
• Guide team members through the process of identifying and addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and improving communication and collaboration.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that team-building programs are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct pre-and post-assessments to measure the effectiveness of team-building programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in team-building facilitation and related areas.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in team-building facilitation or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective team-building programs.
• Familiarity with experiential learning methodologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
