Sable Farming Company is a Plantation Company with Coffee and Macadamia. To ensure that the Environmental, Social and OHS standards of the company are maintained at the best levels, the company require a Mature Energetic person to fill the vacancy of Social and Environmental Management Officer.

The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhausted:-

• To assist the Senior Management in maintaining the Environment preservation standard and the Social performance Standards of the company.
• Monitor the operations, Audit and Record, and Report to Senior Management on a set time table on the Environmental and Social Standards in all Departments.
• Effectively manage working week to meet reporting and task completion deadlines.
• Coordinating and conducting trainings
• Coordinating all farm certification audits
• Conduct training to employees on employees on social and environmental practices.
• Coordinating Environmental and social practices across the value chain.

Key Skills

1. Diploma or Degree in Environmental fields from recognized institution.

2. 2-3 years experience is preferred
