POST: Building Foreman

As a Building Foreman at Urban and Rural Group Limited, you will oversee the construction process, manage a team of workers, and work closely with other members of the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Core Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of construction site to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
• Supervision of on-site staff to ensure performance standards are met
• Management of project plant and material on site
• Liaison with clients and suppliers
• All project related administration, including but not limited to site diaries, time documents and purchase documents.
• Ensure Overall Implementation and Maintenance of HSE measures in the workplace

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in General foremanship or any other related qualification
• At least 4 years of relevant professional in building construction.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Computer literate
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
