Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed more than 200 major projects in both civil and building works and our identity has been at the heart of our mission and operations across Malawi.

The company is in the process of concluding a restructuring of its organogram and is imminently expect a busy operational period, as such the company seeks to recruit a talented and dynamic team that is firmly committed to deliver lasting positive results that are desired by the organisation in achieving its goals.

Applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates to fill the following positions at our various locations in Malawi:

Project Manager

• Those applying for this position should be in possession of a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with not less than ten years of experience in managing construction of surfaced roads (Highways) projects with all associated drainage structures.
• Must have the ability to produce work programs, cash flow estimates, analyse resources and prepare drawdown schedules on a monthly basis.
• Should have good experience with construction Quality Controls on major projects.
• Must have ability to interpret, adhere to and correspond with stakeholders regarding Contract Conditions and Contract Management matters.
• Ability to manage all the available resources at a large project site including the oversight of various team members.

Site Engineers

• Applicants should be holders of a degree in Civil Engineering with over 5 years of extensive experience in Civil / Building works of residential and commercial buildings.
• Candidates must be computer literate and able to handle a large workforce on sites and prepare works programs, monthly client progress reports and daily internal update reports.
• Preference will be given to those registered with Malawi Board of Engineers and sound works execution
  experience.

Quantity Surveyor

• Applicants should be holders of a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates that are familiar with Quantity Surveying software solutions will have an added advantage.

Health and Safety Officer

• Those applying for this position should be in possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health or any other equivalent qualification and having not less than 5 years of work experience
• Those who have worked in a Construction Company will have an added advantage.

Building Foremen

• Applicants should have over 10 years of experience with NCIC Certificate in Foremanship for Structures.
• Applicants without the qualifications criteria above may still apply with sound references and experience profiles.

Earthworks Foremen

• Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in the field of Earthworks with an NCIC Certificate in Road Foremanship.
• Applicants without the qualifications criteria above may still apply with sound references and experience profiles.

Surfacing Foremen

• Applicants should have not less than 10 years of practical experience in asphalt works and should be in possession of an NCIC Road Foremanship Certificate.
• Applicants without the qualifications criteria above may still apply with sound references and experience profiles.

Workshop Supervisors

• Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Those with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering should have not less than 10 years of work experience.
• Candidates with experience handling construction machinery will have an added advantage.

Human Resource Officer

• Applicants should have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management with not less than 3 years of experience.
• Those with Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management should have not less than 5 years of work
  experience.
• Candidates with experience in the construction sector or experience handling large workforces will have an added advantage.

Human Resource Assistant

• Applicants should have a minimum qualification of Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Those who have worked in a Construction Company will have an added advantage.

Financial Controller

• Applicants must be Chartered Accountants or have equivalent Financial Qualifications as a minimum qualification with at least 10 years of experience, five of which should be at Managerial position.
• Candidates with experience in the Construction Sector will have an added advantage
• Candidates with IT or Software qualifications and experience in managing full company framework ERP Systems will have an added advantage
• Candidates with sound experience in Financial Projections and Planning will have an added advantage.
• Candidates should have strong negotiation skills.

Accountant

• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Professional level Qualification pass or an
  Intermediate level Qualification with 5 years of experience
• Candidates with experience in the construction sector or experience handling large workforces will have an added advantage

Accounts Clerk

• Applicants should have a minimum of a Foundation level qualification
• Candidates with strong references will have an added advantage

Security Manager

• Candidates applying for this position should have a degree in Security Studies from an accredited institution
  backed by at least five years of experience in managing a security workforce of around 500 people.
• Diploma holders in similar studies should have at least ten years of experience at management level.
• Candidates trained at Police or Defence Force institutions who have got several years of experience in managing security will also be considered.
• Possession of a driver’s licence will just be an added advantage.

Security Supervisor

• Those applying for this position should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education and at least a Diploma in Security Studies.
• Candidates trained in Security institutions with vast supervisory experience will also be considered.
