ABOUT
FUTURE SACCO is a member owned institution affiliated to MUSCCO that offers a range of savings and credit products to all Malawians. It therefore invites applications from candidates that are qualified for the position.
Brief description
The candidates must be residents of the following districts, ZOMBA, MULANJE, THYOLO, CHIKWAWA and MANGOCHI. Candidates from outside these areas will not be considered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing SACCO products to potential Members
- Recruiting Members within his/her jurisdiction
- Giving guidance to Members when doing transactions with the SACCO
- Maintaining SACCO membership within the jurisdiction
- Reporting on head office on daily progress
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a Diploma in any field
- Result — oriented individual hungry for high performance.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Someone with high integrity, commitment and professional standards
- Well known in the community they will be serving
