POSITION: PHARMACY SUPERVISOR/TECHNICIAN

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Z+Plus Pharmacy a busy retail pharmacy based in Lilongwe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the pharmacist the pharmacy Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Interpreting prescriptions
• Dispensing medications
• Inventory management
• Responding to minor symptoms
• Medical aid processing
• Managing administrative tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Diploma in Pharmacy with at least one-year experience in pharmacy-related work. Those with Diploma in nursing with pharmacy-related work experience will be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to effectively solve problems
• Experience in retail pharmacy practice will be an added advantage
• Ability to be creative and analytical in problem solving environment
• Ability to be a team player
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English Language.
