Applications are invited from suitably qualified, committed Christians, willing to work in remote area to fill the vacant positions existing at Malamulo Adventist Hospital – Makwasa, Thyolo.

Position: Pharmacy Assistant

Qualification:

Applicants must be in possession of a Certificate in Pharmacy obtained from an accredited University/Institution; and be registered with Pharmacy Medicine Regulatory Authority (PMRA) Board.

Duties

• Checking stocks and making orders from the bulk store
• Receiving prescriptions for dispensing
• Monitoring drug storage and other medical supplies for hospital wards and other departments.
• Keeping inventory records on tally cards in bulk store and/or dispensary
• Analysis of information and their dissemination to all relevant stakeholders including submission of weekly report to the designed officer
• Any other duties that may be deem reasonable for the post
