K&A Pharmacy  is inviting suitable qualified candidates to fill in the vacant position of a  PHARMACIST.

The Pharmacist shall be reporting to the Managing Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Adhering to applicable legal rules,regulations and procedures governing the pharmaceutical industry in Malawi.
2. Advising interventions and informing customers of any potential side effects.
3. Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed Medicines.
4. Completing operational requirements of K&A Pharmacy ,including verifying order entries and maintaining records of controlled Medicines.
5. Removing expired and or damaged drugs from the pharmaceutical inventory.
6. Keeping accurate customers drug records.
7. Compounding and disperse prescribed Medicines.
8. Any other Job assigned by the Managing Directory.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Interested candidates must be holders of a Bachelor’s degree in any Pharmaceutical field.
2. Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.
3. Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration of chemical compounds.
4. Those who have just graduated in the pharmaceutical field are also encouraged to apply.
