You turn Ministries is a religious organization which aims to reach the lost people in the last places through training church leaders and providing clean water to the people in Malawi. You Turn Ministries currently partners with 110 Bible training schools and we are constantly discovering where God’s spirit is at work so that we can join Him there. You Turn Ministries
also helps to meet practical needs such as clean water and orphan care, all while proclaiming the good news and extending the kingdom of Jesus Christ through healthy church planting for the Glory of God.

We are seeking applications from within Malawi from people that would like to join our ministry by fulfilling the following vacant position of Project coordinator.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The project coordinator will minister to the people of Malawi by planning, contracting and coordinating construction projects in Malawi and proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ as the work is accomplished. The construction projects will mostly consist of drilling and repairing water wells and building new church buildings for the churches that are being planted in Malawi. The coordinator will work closely with the ministry administrator and the ministry coordinator to see that the work is done responsibly and stays closely aligned with the mission of You Turn Ministries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The project coordinator must be a spirit-filled, born again Christian who is actively serving in a local church and clearly committed to the ministry of the gospel in Malawi. The project coordinator must have a driver’s license and have some construction
experience. Experience in drilling water wells and basic carpentry is ideal.

The coordinator must also be physically able to disassemble the basic mechanical components of water well. Pay will depend upon experience.
