POSITION: OFFICE VAN DRIVER / DELIVERY DRIVER

Savenda International is seeking a dependable, responsible, andhardworking Office Van Driver / Delivery Driver to join our team and ensure the safe and timely delivery of company goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company van safely and responsibly for deliveries and official business.
• Deliver goods, documents, and other items to customers, offices, and designated locations.
• Load and unload goods carefully and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures or confirmations where required.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Keep the company van clean and well maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and vehicle use.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with other office or operational duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle.
• A Defensive Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in deliveries or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Delivery/logistics/ international travel experience is an added advantage.
