JOB OPPORTUNITY – SAVENDA INTERNATIONAL
POSITION: OFFICE DRIVER & GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Savenda International is looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Office Driver & General Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for staff and company-related activities.
- Run official errands, including collecting and delivering documents and supplies.
- Assist with general office duties and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Collect and deliver mail, documents, and other items as required.
- Assist with purchasing and collection of office supplies.
- Keep company vehicles clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle use and fuel consumption.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence.
- A Safe Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
- Proven driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist with general office duties.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
