Commission based (Temporary) Brand Promoters
Family Health Services, formerly known as PSI/Malawi seeks to recruit self-motivated and passionate individuals as Temporary Brand Promoters on a commission basis. Reporting to the Sales coordinator, S/he will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities;

- Selling and promoting all FHS products with much emphasis on Super Chitetezo Mosquito Nets
- Conduct door to door products promotions and sales
- Opening new markets for Super Chitetezo Mosquito Nets
- Engage mini groups and communities to introduce and sale Super Chitetezo Mosquito Nets
- Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area (promotional booths), such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.
- Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
- Participating in community engagement activities that aim at promoting FHS products and services
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualification, Knowledge, Ability and Skills

- Applicants must have any certificate in Sales and Marketing or any related program with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling and promoting products and services.
- Must have experience in door-to-door sales activities
- Must be proactive, self-starter with personal responsibility and ownership of work
- Must be able to meet sales targets and cope with pressure
- Must be able to make genuine connections with customers and tailor their presentations to different audiences
- Must be a good team player and able to use own initiatives
- Must have high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, hard-working, motivated and committed person
- Must have confidence in giving advice and information to clients
