Position: Assistant Human Resource Manager

Qualification:

Application must be in possession of a Bachalor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Public Administration/Business Administration, or any relevant field. At least five (5) years of Human Resources generalist experience at management level in organizations of 100+ employees.

Duties

• Administer/Interpret the Malamulo Adventist terms and conditions of service
• Processing requests for appointments, confirmation, promotions, etc
• Initial processing/ examination of disciplinary cases.
• Participate in the preparation of estimates on personal emoluments
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of subordinate staff.
• Any other duties that may be deem reasonable for the post
