Vacancies are available in Blantyre (Limbe) and Lilongwe.

SALES EXECUTIVES

Reports to: Branch Manager

• Prospect for new business, visit customers and reactivate dormant accounts, including fleet, corporate and institutional customers.
• Understand customer needs, demonstrate products, prepare accurate quotations and follow opportunities through to order and delivery.
• Meet agreed sales and gross-profit targets within approved pricing and credit terms. Maintain customer records and sales forecasts, and coordinate payment follow-up with Accounts.

Requirements: At least one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in vehicles or other high-value goods, with evidence of results: MSCE and a diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a degree is an advantage. A valid driving licence, computer literacy and strong negotiation and customer-care skills are essential.

Standards for all roles
Applicants must demonstrate integrity, initiative, teamwork and care of customer property, Successful candidates must follow safety and company procedures, maintain accurate records, attend training and be available for scheduled overtime or weekend work when required under agreed employment terms.

Shortlisted candidates will undertake a practical or role-based assessment.
