Founded in Liberia in 2007, we now operate programs in Ethiopia , Liberia , Sierra Leone , and Malawi . Our global offices are located in Accra, Ghana and in the United States . We are looking for mission-driven leaders to join us as we work to ensure no patient is out of reach.
About the Malawi Program
The Malawi team partners with the Ministry of Health to implement the National Community Health Framework (2023-2030), directly addressing high maternal and neonatal mortality rates. With 84% of Malawi’s population living in rural areas, the team focuses on upskilling health workers to deliver integrated maternal and newborn care with an emphasis on improving access to quality primary care in remote communities. Led by Dalitso Baloyi , the team drives innovation by designing digital tools like the integrated Community Health Information System (iCHIS) and serving as an implementing partner in the m-mama emergency transport system. Simultaneously, the team strengthens government systems to mobilize sustainable financing, ensuring quality primary care reaches those living far from the nearest health facility.
