HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Serendib Hotels & Resorts are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Human Resources Officer (HRO).
The HRO will focus on all functional responsibilities of the HR disciplines besides demonstrating expertise of an HR generalist, combined with general business and management skills.
Areas of duty shall include the following:
- General employee management
- Compensation and Benefits
- Training and Capacity Development
- Employee Relations Management
- Staff Recruitment and Selection
- Handling Labour Issues
- Handling Disciplinary matters
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A relevant degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy private organization.
- Minimum age of 40 years.
- Conversant with the Labour Laws of Malawi.
