H Adam is looking for an experienced and result-driven sales representative. The successful candidate must have experience in FMCG, deep understanding of the sales process and strong interpersonal skills.
- Planning and organizing weekly and daily schedule
- Servicing all assigned customers as per route call plan
- Meeting numeric distribution and value targets
- Reporting on competitor activity and market trends
- Ensuring product availability and visibility in the trade
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- MSCE or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years experience in sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships
- Interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
