VSO is the world’s leading international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty and inequality. Working in over 30 countries around the world, our unique role in international development is applying a volunteering for development methodology to address root causes of poverty and inequality to make the greatest lasting impact in the lives of most marginalised and vulnerable people. Our extraordinary volunteers live and work in some of the world’s poorest and fragile communities. Exchanging and converging their unique skills and experience to generate new ideas and new solutions, to help communities they work in to lift themselves out of poverty and inequality and to hold systems to account. We’re not about delivering quick fixes, but rather focus on long-lasting, people-led sustainable change. We are going through a strategic shift for scaling our unique value and methodology of volunteering for development and hence, an exciting time to join us and help us work towards our vision of a fairer world for everyone.
An exciting opportunity for an Evaluation & Learning lead role globally at VSO to support evidence and knowledge building across VSO’s global programmes in health, education, livelihoods and fragile space/emergencies, from the lens of social inclusion and gender.
