VACANCY – HEAD CHEF

We are a growing Conferencing and Recreation Centre in the Bvumbwe area and are looking for the following:

HEAD CHEF

• An accomplished Chef with experience in supervising other Chefs
• A recognized Diploma or Certificate in Food Production
• At least 5 years’ experience in a good and busy Restaurant

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Creating, costing and pricing menu items, recipes and developing diverse and high quality dishes.
• Controlling and directing the food preparation and presentation process.
• Supervising and working closely with other Chefs.
