POSITION: SITE AGENT (2)

A Malawian based construction company is looking for Site Agent (civil works).

DUTIES

• Manage day to day operations of the project.
• Provide all necessary reports to managing partners ( daily, weekly and monthly).
• Ability to articulate information shared by the client to the foremen.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Diploma in construction Engineering (civil works) or related field with 3 years working experience
• Those with advanced certificate in construction technology with 5 years experience will be considered
• 3 + years experience in the construction industry
• Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines
• Ability to practice high level of confidentiality and manage staff problems on site
• Very good communication skills and team player.
• Ability to maintain good working relationship with different stakeholder on the site.
• Self-starter and work under minimal supervision.

Duration: Contract period: 3 months (renewable)
