Gender Specialist



The Gender Specialist will work full time (11month/year) and should be based in Malawi.

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent.
  • 10 years’ experience in gender and social inclusion for development project with at least 5 years’ experience in resettlement planning and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in community facilitation, such as grievance management processes involving vulnerable social groups and women.
  • Proven ability to speak, read and write English required. Ability to speak Chichewa is an advantage.
  • Experience in Malawi will be an advantage.
