Reporting to People & Culture Manager
The Graduate Development (M’mera) Program is targeted at building highly skilled professionals by providing them with practical hands on experience, professional skills training and coaching from our highly experienced work force thereby equipping them to drive our business objectives. Successful candidates will go through a series of rotational assignments within the company focusing on a broader understanding of the JTI operations as well as the leaf supply chain.
- A university/college degree from the following fields of study obtained between 2017-2021 Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Agriculture & Law.
Skills, Competencies, And Languages
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chichewa.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A quick learner who can apply his/her mind.
- Good at problem solving.
