Job Description

- Processing all receipts (dividends, rentals, new contributions) and transaction settlements.
- Capturing trades into the Investment system.
- Unit Pricing.
- Ensuring Unit Price Movement schedule is up to date and sent to pricing committee.
- Ensuring Custody and Trustee Fees are checked and paid.
- Providing Information for Income Distribution
- Providing required information to custodians
- Manage Internal and External Audits.
- Ensuring internal and external deal confirmations are correct and filed.
- Share holdings reconciliations
- Weekly bank reconciliations for funds under self custody
- Preparing monthly and quarterly client reports
- Creation of accounts for new clients in IMM.
Capturing transactions into the IMM system.

Bachelor of Commerce (BComm): Commerce: Financial Accounting (Required)
